Lisa Baldwin has been working at Tyl Middle School for 4 years now and she is always calm under pressure. She goes above and beyond for the students that attend school to make sure their needs are met and goes beyond to make sure they are coping well during this difficult age and stage of life. She is always supportive and knows how to deal with tough circumstances when under pressure with a calm presence. It is a pleasure to work with her and to see how well she does keeping the children safe and cared for under her watch.
