Nurse Jill keeps our high school operating smoothly and meeting the needs of students, no matter how big or small the need may be. She has a heart of gold and her students often comment about how important she is for the students in the school. Students comment, "Nurse Jill has the busiest office in the school!" and she makes every effort to use each student interaction as a touch point to support mental health, connection, and school attendance. This year, she has integrated SNAP into our daily documentation and has spearheaded customizing our program to meet the individual needs of our school. She is an amazing coworker, and she inspired me to complete my CSN training in the state of NJ. She has been a fabulous mentor and teacher to other nurses as well as providing inclusive, personalized, sensitive, and high quality healthcare in our school district. Our students are so lucky to have her (and so am I, as her nurse's aide!). Vote for Jill!!!!
