Creating and Importing Templates for Form Letters and Plans
In this training, users with specific library editing privileges will learn how to will learn to efficiently navigate and use SNAP for form letter generation. We'll cover creating effective form letter and plan templates, streamlining communication, and importing external documents into SNAP such as form letters and EAP templates for seamless integration into their work.
*Prerequisites: Introduction to SNAP
