Marketing Specialist
Description
PSNI is currently seeking a creative and self-motivated Marketing Specialist with superior organizational and writing skills to join our team of professionals in Amherst, NH. Strong references must be provided. The individual is responsible for owning and managing ongoing marketing-related projects, writing content, creating various internal communications, updating data in marketing collateral, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign, and developing our lead generation programs, and other responsibilities. The Marketing Specialist has opportunities to share and implement new ideas and work with individuals across the organization. The ideal candidate for this role is a strong writer and communicator who can distill complex concepts into marketing materials and manage projects from inception through completion. This individual must be equally comfortable with collaboration and independent work and should be adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines. We prefer candidates with an upbeat attitude and at ease in working with senior leaders. The qualified candidate must also be a team player who is highly organized, detail oriented and professional.

Position Description
- Creating/writing content for company marketing campaigns/materials
- Coordinate, schedule and execute company marketing campaigns under the direction of the Marketing team
- Drive and coordinate lead generating and customer nurturing campaigns (newsletters, direct mailing, email campaigns, etc.)
- Build and maintain relationships through social media and networking
- Manage content and maintenance for website and other marketing platforms
- Conduct market research to establish customer trends and habits
- Analysis of marketing data: including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
- Regular review of creative marketing materials and adherence to brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the sales account executive team to develop marketing strategies to support on-going sales activities
- Manage and contribute to an effective, multi-channel marketing calendar
- Heavily involved in proofing, writing and editing copy for newsletters/blog
Qualifications
- Associates degree
- 2-3 years Marketing experience preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Proficient in use of technology including Microsoft programs in a Windows based environment
- Experience preferred but not required: Website CMS, Sugar CRM, Constant Contact
- Candidate must pass a NH criminal background check
