A total of 33 Texas Health Resources nurses have been named to the DFW Great 100 Nurses list, more than any other health system in North Texas. The nurses represent 15 entities, reflecting the strength of nursing throughout the system.

“We know the commitment of our nurses to providing safe, quality care, and we join with our Great 100 Nurses honorees in celebrating this recognition of their commitment,” said Barclay Berdan, CEO, Texas Health. “Nurses play a vital role as the hands and heart of our Mission and Our Texas Health Promise, and we are honored to highlight their skill, leadership and compassion.”

Nurses on the list are recognized for excellence in the art and science of nursing and for being role models, leaders, community servants, compassionate caregivers and significant contributors to the nursing profession. The honorees were selected from hundreds of nominees for this prestigious honor.
