A message from our CEO and founder

This isn’t business as usual, and it’s time of immense uncertainty. It’s also a time when the work you are doing is critically important. It continues to be PSNI’s mission, now more than ever, to ensure that our systems are optimized so that our customers have the tools they need as they face the very real challenges that this outbreak has caused. PSNI is focused on Covid-19 and how we can best play our role. We will continue to do our part, and won’t stop looking for new opportunities to help.

Please take care of yourselves and your loved ones. I know that we’re going to get through this, together.

PSNI’s Response to COVID-19

Everyone’s health and safety are our top priorities and at the heart of every decision we make. We believe it is critical to do our part to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19. Here are some of the steps we are taking to protect everyone in this ever-evolving situation.

  • On March 13, we transitioned to 100% remote status for all PSNI employees. We prepared for this well in advance to ensure that our customers experienced no service interruptions.
  • PSNI remains open and fully available to customers via phone and email during normal business hours to help you. We will continue to provide you with the unparalleled support that you are accustomed to.
  • We have suspended all business travel until further notice. We will resume travel only when recommended and safe to do so.
  • We are diligently following guidance and best practices from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

SNAP Health Center Cloud Services available to locally-installed customers at no cost through August 31, 2020

School Nurses provide an invaluable service to K-12 students and their greater communities, even more so during this current national health crisis. PSNI is here to support you in any way we can.

Currently, SNAP Health Center users who are not cloud-base cannot access their systems remotely when schools are closed due to Covid-19. In response to this challenge, PSNI is immediately making SNAP Cloud available to all locally-installed customers at no additional cost through August 31, 2020. This allows school nurses and nurse leaders to access SNAP Health Center and all electronic student health records without being physically present in their school buildings.

With the cooperation of District IT, the conversion of your locally-installed SNAP database to the SNAP Cloud can be accomplished quickly. This migration to our secure HIPAA / FERPA cloud is available at no additional cost for customers that register before June 1, 2020.

We hope this opportunity will benefit our customers, many of whom are on the frontlines during this uncertain time and require access to critical student health data. For additional information, please submit a request below or contact us at 800-889-7627 x1

“We have been a customer for many years and utilized SNAP on-premise for our nursing staff. During the COVID-19 pandemic our nurses were tasked with working remotely. One call to PSNI sales and within two days we were up and running with our database migrated to a hosted solution. Our District was very impressed and thankful.”
