  • Online Video Training(included with purchase): Online video training courses allow greater flexibility and enhance retention. Video trainings are accessible from any internet connection and are available 24-hours a day. The ability to pause, rewind, or view individual lessons reinforces content. Course topics are presented in a very simple and clear format to enhance trainee experience. Online training courses cover a large variety of topics from very basic program navigation to administrator tasks.
  • On-site Training: PSNI provides on-site trainings anywhere in the United States and internationally. The training staff are registered nurses with extensive experience using SNAP Health Center in a clinical setting. On-site training is a combination of demonstration and hands-on practice using real-life student scenarios, accompanied by an easy to follow, step-by-step training manual. Trainee progress is continually monitored by engaging participation and constant interaction with the trainees throughout the training process.

Student Data Import Service

PSNI provides student data interface with SNAPLive, a service that will, on a user-defined schedule, read data from any configured source and write it to any configured destination. SNAPLive offers a unique validation process; as data is read in, it is analyzed for duplicate names, reassigned student ID numbers, and missing required data. Errors and/or warnings are logged and emailed to district IT. PSNI’s technical engineering staff is familiar with all brands of SISs and interface with them on a routine basis.
