Medication & Treatment Administration Log

The SNAP Health Center Administration Log combines secure administration processes along with powerful scheduling tools to provide a comprehensive overview of all daily medications and treatments. Scheduled and PRN administrations are designed to be thorough, organized and simple to complete.

The Administration Log consists of two main parts: Administration Summary and Administration Details. The Summary automatically populates with scheduled medication/treatments orders and displays a chronological list of administrations with limited student data to ensure confidentiality. The Administration Details displays all information of the order, and provides access to the 2015 Mosby's Nursing Drug Reference Guide. Administrations also include medication inventories, automatic glucose flow charting, and health notes. For a second layer of security, administrations require a unique PIN to confirm identification of the user.
